I stumbled into the questionnaire linked below and believe its important to all of us. It promotes communication between parent and child. It by no means is the extent to which I would communicate with my children, but it is a way to get the ball rolling. It's intention is to create a way to encourage you to sit down together with your child; to share, listen and allow one another into each others lives. It has now been enhanced so that your child can do it alone and email it to you ,their grandparents or friends. The questionnaire has NO RIGHT ANSWERS and each question can have MORE THEN ONE ANSWER.
